Eggs 'n Things is one of the iconic brunch spots where you can taste the flavors of Hawaii.

Among the various locations, I visited the Ko Olina Center branch, which is conveniently located near the Disney Aulani Resort on the west side of Oahu Island.

It’s an easy walk from the resort, making it a great option for guests staying there.

The Ko Olina Center branch boasts a bright and relaxed atmosphere, providing a space full of Hawaii’s warm vibes where you can enjoy a variety of breakfast and brunch menus.

True to its reputation as a must-visit spot in Hawaii, Eggs 'n Things Ko Olina Center is bustling with energy from the early morning.

The entrance, where guests wait, and the terrace seating, bathed in morning sunlight, are quickly filled with people.

Under the blue Hawaiian sky, those enjoying their meals on the terrace start their day by savoring a warm cup of coffee with a refreshing breeze.

The surrounding palm trees and landscaping blend together, creating the perfect morning scenery where you can feel close to Hawaii’s nature.

This lively yet peaceful place is often regarded as one of the best spots to start your day in Hawaii.

◆ Recommended Menu at Eggs 'n Things

- Plantation Pork Chops & Eggs

- Hawaiian Loco Moco

The Plantation Pork Chops is a classic breakfast dish that comes with thick pork chops, perfectly cooked eggs, and potatoes.

The pork chops are grilled with barbecue sauce, offering a crispy exterior while remaining juicy and tender inside.

The sweet yet slightly smoky sauce enhances the flavor of the pork, making it even more delicious.

You can choose how your eggs are prepared scrambled, fried, etc.

according to your preference, and they complement the pork chops with their rich taste and soft texture.

The dish is served with sides like fried potatoes or rice, making for a hearty breakfast.

Loco Moco, one of the most popular dishes at Eggs 'n Things, is a representative local Hawaiian dish.

Originating in Hawaii, Loco Moco consists of a thick hamburger patty placed on a bed of rice, topped with a fried egg, and generously covered with rich gravy sauce.

The Loco Moco at Eggs 'n Things features a savory beef patty, a runny egg yolk, and deep, flavorful gravy sauce that all come together to give you a taste of Hawaii with every bite.

This dish symbolizes a special morning in Hawaii, infusing your day with energy.

After enjoying a delicious brunch at Eggs 'n Things Ko Olina Center, I also had the fun of picking up pancake mix and syrup sets from the souvenir corner at the entrance.

Starting the day with a hearty meal made from fresh ingredients, and basking in the relaxed atmosphere under the warm sunlight, still feels vivid in my memory.

With souvenirs to keep the travel spirit alive at home, it feels like I'll be able to hold onto the warm memories of Hawaii for a long time.

Remembering the leisurely Hawaiian morning, I found myself looking forward to the next part of my day!
